Chy An Albany ready for handover.
Chy An Albany, St Ives is the latest Chapman project currently in the handover phase.
The development consists of six duplex apartments, three town houses and an additional detached property called The Garden House. The site was formerly used as a hotel, and the main building has been sympathetically converted and extended to form the apartments. The other properties have been constructed as new-builds within the grounds.
