This stunning luxury home has fantastic views over Fistral Beach in the famous resort town.
Extensive ground works were necessary to enable the property to take advantage of the sloping coastal site. Single-ply flat roofs, grey powder-coated aluminium windows, and clad elevations all combine to give the home a very contemporary look.
The original design was by CSA Architects of Truro. A-Tec Design, also from Truro, then worked-up construction drawings with extensive input from local structural engineers MBA Consulting.
