The latest individual luxury home by P Chapman Construction Ltd is coming together.
The project at Esplanade Road in Newquay has required extensive ground works by the site team on the sloping coastal site.
The property, which will have stunning views over Fistral Beach, is decidedly contemporary in style, and features single-ply flat roofs, grey powder-coated aluminium windows and a clad elevations.
The original designed was by CSA Architects of Truro. A-Tec Design, also from Truro, then worked-up construction drawings with extensive input from local structural engineers MBA Consulting.
