Old Quay House at St Mawes is well on its way to being complete.
This awesome bespoke property overlooks the Percuil River from its secluded location nestled in the trees. The curves inherent in the design can now really be appreciated, and all the Chapman Team's hard work 'in the ground' earlier in the project is well and truly paying off.
Architectural work is by Lilly Lewarne and the professional team includes other local practices MBA (Consulting Engineers) and Wellers (Quantity Surveyors).
