Saqqara, Feock viewed from the Carrick Roads
Bespoke coastal properties have long been a Chapman speciality, and the latest project to approach completion is at Feock, near Truro.
Saqqara is approximately one thousand square metres in floor area, and boasts a large leisure complex with gym/associated facilities together with a detached boathouse at the bottom of the plot. The project entailed a steel-framed construction method with timber infill.
