The project at The Shipwrights Arms, Helford is complete and the new facilities are in use.
The contract involved the construction of four new luxury waterside bedrooms as an addition to this popular listed building public house. The property also benefited from a comprehensive external and internal renovation at the hands of the Chapman site team.
The new rooms form a detached annexe adjacent to the main pub, with a decked area above.
Architectural work was by A-Tec Design, and the engineers were MBA, both based locally in Truro, and both regular Chapman partners. SJH Design Services Ltd were the M&E Consultant.
