Progressing well towards the final vision for the site.
Three Mile Beach consists of sixteen large beach houses and associated spa at Gwithian near St Ives in Cornwall, and the summer has seen good progress on site.
The units are being constructed using timber-framed techniques and are situated right behind the dunes with great views.
The on-the-ground Chapman team is working well with local professionals including A-Tec Design, Ed Crossley & Associates (QS) and MBA Consulting (engineers), all three companies based in Truro.
