P Chapman Construction Ltd carried out extensive alterations and a complete refurbishment for clients, GAP Properties (SE) Ltd. The scheme's architects were Owen & Co, and the consulting engineer was Richard Holbrook. As usual, many local suppliers and specialist subcontractors worked with the Chapman team, and we think the results speak for themselves.
