Melinsey Cottage has had extensive alterations and a new extension making it a beautiful and desirable place to live.
The property sits on the Roseland Peninsula of Cornwall in Veryan, and the team from P Chapman Construction Ltd also carried out tasteful landscaping work as part of the contract.
