Esplanade Road, Newquay

Esplanade Road in Newquay is typical of the many luxury homes that site teams from P Chapman Construction Ltd have created over the years.

The property, which has stunning views over Fistral Beach, required extensive ground works to the sloping coastal site.

The decidedly contemporary style features single-ply flat roofs, grey powder-coated aluminium windows, and clad elevations.

The original design was by CSA Architects of Truro. A-Tec Design, also from Truro, then worked-up construction drawings with extensive input from local structural engineers MBA Consulting.
