Work on Ruallen is progressing well. The property at Mylor, near Falmouth, is currently benefitting from a complete refurbishment by P Chapman Construction Ltd.
The site team are working closely with CAD architects, and Richard Holbrook, structural engineer, along with other design professionals and specialist subcontractors. The project features an attractive spiral staircase, and incorporates a new-build detached garden room with tunnel access from the main living areas.
