People are well used to P Chapman Construction building some amazing luxury homes, but 'The Lookout' at Mylor near Falmouth is truly something very special. Yes, there are fantastic views from a wonderful location. Yes, the design and standard of the work and finish are exemplary. The thing that really sets The Lookout apart though, is the sheer size of this property.
