Following on from the success of many previous barn conversion projects, the team are getting going on a new project at Mawnan Smith, Falmouth.
Boskensoe Barns will be converted by Chapman into four new dwellings and the project was won after a competitive tender process. A traditional treatment of the exterior will be complemented by features such as exposed oak beams inside. The kitchens will however have a decidedly contemporary design.
Architects for the scheme are CSA and the Structural Engineer is John Offer, both based in Truro.
