Moontide Restonguet Point

Contemporary and clean design features throughout this stunning new build property.

Porthgwidden is a highly individual four bedroomed new dwelling constructed overlooking Restronguet Creek on the highly sought after Feock side. The clients awarded the contract to P Chapman Construction after an extensive design finalisation and cost engineering phase, with which we were fully involved.

The split-level house extends to around 540m2 (5,800 square feet) and utilises a timber framed design with generous use of vaulted ceilings to give a very open and spacious interior. Extensive balcony and terraced areas allow the beautiful views of the waterside location to be readily appreciated. Tastefully designed and executed hard and soft landscaping (including an ornamental water feature) to the large plot puts the finishing touch to this fantastic home.

The original design was by Falmouth architect, Rosemary Lynch, with design finalisation carried out by A-Tec Designof Truro. The structural engineers were MBA also from Truro.

  • Modern design features and timber framed construction
  • Four large bedrooms and extensive open plan living areas
  • Striking feature staircase
"We are very pleased with the work carried out. Everything was done professionally, quickly and in an accommodating manner. Chapman employees are without exception a pleasure to work with."
